Peter Groenendijk was born and raised in the Netherlands. Excelling in athletics, education, and the social arenas, he perfected skills which would serve him well in his international business career.
After obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, he worked for over 12 years in various countries in Latin America. Though initially hired on as Financial Controller, his reputation as the “trouble shooter” and go-to guy within the international group soon led to his promotion to General Manager. Eventually looking to expand further, he decided to settle down with his family and strategically chose the end of 1991 as the ideal time to move to Florida.
Having developed a wide-ranging network of contacts, from Argentina to El Salvador and from Aruba to Puerto Rico, he positioned himself as the in-between for conducting international business between those countries and Florida. Peter is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker.

Katja Kroon

Katja was born in the Netherlands. At the age 16 she moved to Curaçao with her parents and grew up to study Business Administration. After a few years she decided to return to the Netherlands and continue her studies, focusing on Tourism Management. Once graduated, she was offered a job on a luxury cruise liner in the Caribbean where she worked as an international host and social hostess, combining both her language skills (fluent in Dutch, German and English) and hospitality knowledge.
After 9 years at sea she decided to say goodbye to the ocean and settle down in Orlando FL, where she started working at Ideal Homes USA. Her initial position as Sales & Client Coordinator entailed her being in contact with potential clients and supporting the company with its marketing program and administrative needs, while perfecting her skills as real estate agent. After completing her studies to become a real estate broker, she is now working full-time directly with both international as domestic clientele. Her areas of expertise include short term rental homes and bank-owned and distressed properties.
